I offer a relaxed and discreet therapy setting to help you feel more comfortable while discussing issues that are currently affecting you.

It is important that you feel at ease and that each session works at a pace that you are happy with, we do not explore any issues or situations that you are not comfortable in addressing, all information is kept strictly private and confidential.


Having a safe environment to offload past and present issues is extremely important and I continue my training so that I can provide that safety and techniques to help you, I attend regular counselling supervision to oversee my work and have professional liability insurance to cover our working together.

You can explore your past, unresolved issues, and ways to resolve them and then discover what truly matters to you.
Through either one-on-one counselling or mindset sessions or group work, you’ll have the opportunity to set and work towards achievable goals. You’ll also have access to a range of tools and strategies, such as coping strategies,  mindfulness practices and goal-setting techniques, to help you overcome any obstacles or challenges that may be holding you back.

One to One Counselling

One to One counselling allows you to explore issues that are currently impacting on your life; these may be from your past, dealing with a present crisis or fear of what may happen in the future. It is important to have a safe space to talk through and understand your current thinking and behaviour as well as how you are coping.


When you are facing times of uncertainty or crisis having a safe space allows you to gain clarity and find a resolution to your problems.

Relationship Counselling

Some reasons that people seek relationship counselling are that they have lost how to communicate, the stresses of day to day life have got in the way, petty comments now override any loving remarks and the reason why they are together appears lost.
This can happen within all types of relationships this is why my approach is not just used for working with couples.

To regain a healthy relationship is to understand how and why it went wrong, dealing with any unresolved issues so that the relationship can start to rebuild from a strong foundation with effective ways of communicating and understanding each other’s needs.

Online Courses

I have developed some key courses to help those that perhaps aren’t either ready for one to one therapy or that they don’t feel that this is the right path for them, however they want to focus on self-development and to understand themselves at a deeper level.
