    My role as a counsellor is to support and empower individuals on their personal and emotional journeys, helping them develop insights, coping skills, and the resilience to navigate life’s challenges and achieve their desired outcomes.

    Determining whether you need a counsellor is a personal decision that depends on various factors, such as: Emotional distress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, unresolved trauma, self-esteem, mental health concerns, stress/burnout and lack of clarity, the list could go on!

    A counselling session with myself is as relaxed as I can make it.  There are no intrusive questions and the session is taken at your own pace.  It’s important that you feel supported and safe during your session.

    There is no definitive answer to this question however I work at your pace and for as long as you need.  On average a client will notice an improvement within the first 4-6 sessions.
